How long is the call?
15 minutes, by phone or Zoom. The calendar shows the open times.
Is the Method Review a sales call?
No. It is a working session on your numbers, and you keep the written Double Jaw Method Plan either way. If you want help after, the scope and the price come in writing first.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
You start with a written plan built on the one case type you choose, your referral partners and who answers your phone. The plan is yours to keep, so you can use it with us, another agency or your own team.
Will this compete with my referring offices?
It shouldn't. Referral relationships are part of the plan from the start. Direct-to-patient marketing is built to sit alongside them, and you decide what runs.
Who answers the phone if this works?
Your team does, with a plan in place before any ad goes live: a first-call script written with your team, call tracking by source and follow-up messages you approve before anything sends.
Which cases do you focus on?
The ones you name, such as implant, full-arch, orthognathic or third molar cases. The plan starts with the consult you want more of.
What does ongoing work cost?
It depends on the scope, so it is scoped and put in writing after the free call, before you commit to anything. Monthly work can run month to month or on a 6, 12 or 36-month term that locks in your monthly price for the term. Ad spend is separate and is never part of the fee.
Do you need our patient information?
You shouldn't need to share patient health information to see results. Reports count calls and booked consults by source, not patient details. If a tool would handle patient information, your practice decides with its HIPAA advisor whether a business associate agreement is needed first. This is not legal advice.
Do you follow dental advertising rules?
Campaigns are built with your state board's advertising rules and the ad platforms' health policies in mind. In Florida that includes section 466.019 of the Florida Statutes and, for free or discounted offers, section 456.062. Blake is not a lawyer, and this is not legal advice. Your team or counsel has the final word on every ad.
