Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hickey Media LLC, operating the brand Double Jaw Marketing ("we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit doublejawmarketing.com (the "Site") or contact us. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the Site.

• Information you provide. When you submit a form, use the chat, call us or book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, practice name, website and anything you include in your message. Please don’t share patient information or other health details in a form, chat, call or email.
• Phone calls. Calls to (561) 240‑1967 are answered by our AI front desk assistant. It can book a call or take a message. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and the assistant says so at the start of the call. We use the call details, recording and message to return your call and follow up on your request. Your name, number, practice, email (if you give it) and a call summary are stored in our CRM. We don’t sell this information.
• Scheduling information. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details needed to schedule and confirm the meeting.
• Scorecard answers. If you use the Right-Patient Scorecard, your answers are scored in your browser and passed to the results page in its web address, so they can appear in standard server logs and analytics. The scorecard does not ask for contact details. Please don't share medical records or other sensitive health details.
• Automatically collected data. Standard server logs and analytics such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring source, used to keep the Site secure and understand general usage.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and deliver what you asked for, such as your free Method Review.
• To schedule, confirm and follow up on a call you booked.
• To send related marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see below).
• To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

• Website hosting, forms, chat, scheduling and CRM (HighLevel / LeadConnector).
• Phone, email and text message delivery providers.
• Google, for calendar and the web fonts used on the Site.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Text messages (SMS)

We only send you text messages if you ask us to or agree to receive them, for example by saying yes on a call or texting us first. Hickey Media LLC may send you appointment confirmations, reminders and replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of booking or buying. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for marketing.

Email and your choices

Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending you marketing email. You can also email us at any time to update or remove your information.

Cookies and chat

The Site uses cookies for basic functions. Our chat window loads only if you choose OK on the cookie notice, and you can change your choice with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the home page or through your browser.

The Site also uses Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to count visits and see which parts of the Site get used. Details and opt-out choices are in the next section.

We do not run third-party advertising pixels on the Site today. If that changes, this Policy changes first.

Analytics and how we measure the Site

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people find and use the Site. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (city or region), the type of device and browser, the website or ad that sent you, and actions such as tapping our phone number or email link, sending a form or booking a Method Review. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. We use it to see which pages help practice owners and to fix the ones that don’t.

We do not send what you type into our forms to Google. We have turned off Google signals and ads personalization in our Google Analytics account, we do not use this data for advertising, and Google Analytics is set to keep visit-level and user-level data for 2 months, the shortest option it offers.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how people move through the Site, using heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolls and mouse movement. Clarity is set to mask the text people type and the text on the page, so form entries are not recorded. Microsoft handles this data under its privacy statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Clarity uses cookies named _clck and _clsk, which you can block in your browser settings.

When you send a form, chat with us or book a call, our CRM also records the page you were on and the website or ad that brought you, so we know where the request came from.

Your choices:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site still works without analytics cookies.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. Email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Children's privacy

The Site is meant for practice owners and professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Third-party links

The Site links to other websites, including blakehickey.com and hickeymedia.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
