These Terms govern your use of doublejawmarketing.com (the "Site"), operated by Hickey Media LLC under the brand Double Jaw Marketing ("we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What we do

We provide marketing advisory and lead generation services for dental, orthodontic, oral surgery and related practices. The Site describes our services and lets you request a free Method Review or book a call. Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a contract for paid services. Paid work is scoped in a written proposal or invoice, and the Hickey Media LLC project terms provided with it govern that work.

No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, budget and follow-through. We do not guarantee any specific result, ranking, lead volume, case count, revenue or outcome. Examples and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of similar results.

Healthcare advertising

We build campaigns with state dental board advertising rules and ad platform health policies in mind. That is an approach, not a guarantee of regulatory approval. Your practice and its counsel are responsible for every advertisement that runs. Blake Hickey is not a lawyer or a dentist.

Patient-facing tools

Our articles and patient handouts, like the jaw surgery food guide, share one patient's experience and general information. They are not medical advice. Anyone considering treatment should talk with a licensed dentist, orthodontist or oral surgeon. The Right-Patient Scorecard is a self-check for practices, not an audit or professional advice.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you contact us or book a call.
• Use the Site lawfully and do not try to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorized access to it.
• Make sure any content or access you give us does not infringe the rights of others.

Text messaging

We only send you text messages if you ask us to or agree to receive them, for example by saying yes on a call or texting us first. Hickey Media LLC may send you appointment confirmations, reminders and replies. We don’t send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of booking or buying. More details are in the Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics and logos, are owned by Hickey Media LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

Third-party services

The Site links to or relies on third-party services such as scheduling and analytics tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hickey Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hickey Media LLC from claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Paid work

Any paid work is scoped and priced in writing before you commit, and ad spend is never included.
