Why I wrote it
I've been the patient on the other end of the phone
Before my own double jaw surgery I met with seven oral surgeons, so I've made a lot of first calls and sat through a lot of consults as the patient. These scripts are written from that side of the call, and shaped by what I've seen working with practices since I started in marketing in 2006.
I'm Blake Hickey, founder of Double Jaw Marketing. More about me.

Your $97 counts toward the Template Pack
The Template Pack is 25 files with your logo and practice name on them, plus a 30-minute setup call. Kit buyers get the $97 credited toward the pack.
Rather have it set up in your phone system and CRM? Front Desk System Setup starts at $1,500.
Built with the rules in mind
Friendly, careful and easy to approve
Every file is written for a dental office's real constraints, so your office manager and attorney have less to change.
- No prices, discounts, specials or promised results in any text.
- No health details in texts, voicemails or subject lines.
- Every text names the practice and ends with "Reply STOP to opt out."
- Review requests go to every patient, with no incentives and no screening for happy patients first.
- Written with Florida's dental advertising law (Fla. Stat. 466.019) in mind.
- Templates to adapt, not legal advice. Have your attorney review your final versions.
Questions
Before you buy
Will this work with our phone system or CRM?
Yes. The files are written words, not software, so they work with whatever phone system, texting tool or CRM you already use.
Can we edit them?
Yes. The scripts come as Word files you can open in Word or Google Docs. Change anything you like and use them in your own practice.
Is this legal advice?
No. I'm a marketer, not a lawyer or a doctor. These are templates to adapt, and your attorney should review the final versions, especially anything about texting consent.
What if a file doesn't open?
Email [email protected] and I'll send it again or fix it.
