Refund Policy
The short version: if a file doesn't work or isn't what the page described, we fix it or refund you. Here are the details for each kind of purchase from Double Jaw Marketing, a brand of Hickey Media LLC.

Template kits and packs
Your files arrive by email after you pay, so we can't take a download back. Sales of digital files are final, with these exceptions:
- A file is broken, missing or won't open. Tell us within 14 days and we'll send a working copy. If we can't, you get a full refund.
- It isn't what the product page described. Tell us within 14 days what's missing and you get a full refund.
- Charged twice by mistake. We refund the duplicate charge.
If you buy the Front Desk Starter Kit and later upgrade to the Front Desk Template Pack, the $97 you paid comes off the price of the pack. The upgrade offered after your kit purchase already includes that credit. Kit buyers get a private Template Pack checkout and credit code in their order email.
Practice Club Library membership
- Your card is charged monthly. Cancel any time by replying to any Library email or emailing us, and no further charges are made.
- The current month isn't refunded once it has started. You keep access through the end of that month.
Reviews, setup, monthly programs and training
Work done under a written plan or proposal follows the refund and cancellation terms in that document.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with the name and email on your order and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, and your bank typically takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.
